PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am using Publer since almost a year and I am trully enjoying it.

I like the feature that I can post unlimited posts. I am using the Argentum plan (package). The company decided to change the different plans, but left the possibility for existing customers to keep their old plans, which I find a very good idea.

I had in one year once a problem, where my post failed to be posted on Facebook. The customer service solved my problem immediately after turning to them.

I am very satisfied. I would recommend Publer to anybody.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great, if you could be able find Publer's customer service easier.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

There is nothing like that, my needs are completely covered right now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Scheduling and automated publishing of posts. But it is used personally, not for a company.
