Simplicity to use. Its not complicated and can be used by anyone.
The customer service is also really great, they are very responsive.

AI tools can improve

AI tools can be improved such as AI generator for graphics. Also AI for casual formal formats for text generation.

Automation to post to various platforms. It helps me save so much time with scheduled posts.
