What are the best aspects of this product?
For me, the most useful features are the simplicity of post creation and scheduling, the ability to group accounts and the ability to create a single draft post which can then be easily adapted to various platforms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At the moment, rescheduling posts which have already been scheduled could be easier.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It'd be good to have more options for Instagram Stories - but I think that's a limitation of that specific platform, not Publer's fault.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I moved from Hootsuite, which suddenly hiked its prices by 400%. As a bonus, though, Publer has turned out to be less clunky and have more publishing features.
