PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We started using Publer back in 2021 at Indigo Marketing Agency and honestly it just works. We schedule posts for a bunch of different clients and it's nice having everything in one spot. The calendar view is clean and makes it easy to see what's posting when. Price is good too—way cheaper than some of the other options we looked at.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The analytics aren't great. We end up pulling numbers straight from Facebook, Instagram, etc. or using something else if a client wants detailed reports. Every now and then there's a weird formatting thing when a post goes live but it's rare. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better reporting would be nice. If we could export clean reports or customize them for clients that'd save us time. An approval feature would help too—right now if a client wants to review posts before they go out we have to do that outside the platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before Publer we were either posting manually or using tools that didn't really fit what we needed. This gave us one place to handle scheduling for everyone. Saves us a ton of time each week and keeps our clients' accounts active and consistent.
