What are the best aspects of this product?

Scheduling Google My Business posts! Publer has a "repeat" option so if I want to post an "offer" post on Google My Business, it expires in 7 days, but thanks to this feature, I can schedule to have it automatically re-publish.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They have been super responsive in helping me through a tiny glitch (which was rare compared to how everything else worked just fine). The support team is super responsive and was able to answer my questions and concerns right away. Even after becoming a paying customer.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Looking forward to automatic Instagram direct publishing for photos, multiphotos, videos, and even stories with stickers and tagging options. In my paid Aurum account, I was assured that all these features I mentioned (and more like Youtube) will be available soon to me within my current package.

I think the next thing all paid users will need is a way to "group" social accounts and give restricted access to users. Thank you support team for your hard work, keep it up and you will soon be one of the big guys on the block!
