What are the best aspects of this product?
Ease of use and setup was simple. Many competitor tools are riddled with connectivity issues when you start trying to connect your social accounts. Publer works amazing in this category.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Competitor tools have better access to TikTok with larger limits and auto publish capabilities, Publer limits files to 50mb and can't auto publish. If it's possible with another tool then why can't Publer fix it?
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Updated connection to the TikTok API that gives business accounts larger file size and auto publish
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Auto publish to YouTube shorts and Linkedin personal profile is awesome.
