What are the best aspects of this product?
It has plenty of customization options and robust features. These include the use of thousands of IP addresses, 180 secure servers, sleek interface and 24/7 support. For convenience and flexibility I give it four stars. They also have zero-latency policy, which keeps your connection not just private, but reliable and fast all the time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has a few glitches on Mac OS X.
