What are the best aspects of this product?
I can count on their help desk, someone is really at the other end of the line, not just a bot. I had so far five tickets that were quickly resolved. And they don’t mind if you have a silly question for a non-techie guy, like I got a nice explanation for asking: shouldn’t the no. of server locations be equal to the no. of countries they cover?
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It does save some of your logs, not an issue if you’re doing nothing illegal.
