Far Superior Than Eventbrite

What are the best aspects of this product?

I registered for Python Events to sell tickets for our hair styling and balyage masterclasses ( www.achillegroup.co.uk ) after looking at various ticket providers. Python Events seemed to offer the most features and services for their price. I also was very thrilled to see they had a social sign in function newly built. I was quite hesitant about the initial set up cost, but having weighed up the number of tickets I was going to sell, it ended up working out much cheaper than Eventbrite and it has been well worth it! As I got to keep all of my booking fees, I just added a £1 fee per ticket, so in the end, I'm not really paying anything extra besides credit card processing fees.

The scalability and features of the software is brilliant! Unlike Eventbrite, I am able to set up lots of different ticket types to create variables for each ticket. So under one event I have balyage masterclass, mens hair masterclass etc.

The customer service has also been amazing! My questions have always been answered in a promptly and efficiently, even on Sunday. Ryan was so helpful and supportive in setting us up and even logged in and made some changes for us. Can't say enough good things about Python Events!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have had no problems with Python Events, everything has worked as it should and we couldn't be more happier with the outcome.
