PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

This product charges based on no. of users using this product and not based on number of JIRA users.
Basic package price is reasonable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

1. The very first and foremost feedback I would like to provide is demo of the product.
While providing the demo, product manager never tried to understand if client is able to understand what has been explained and if they are on the same page. There was no pause in the between the demo to ask client if it's all good. Client had to interrupt the product owner in between to clarify the queries.

My colleague was unable to understand the accent when demo was provided and while on trying to ask questions, she was just ignored by the product manager.

I would highly recommend for the better presentation and demo of the project and really try to understand if client is able to understand the features during the demo.

2. No. of test runs supported in basic package is far less than no. of test cases allowed to store which is not even 1 run per test case.

3. Integration with Slack is an old school way which is not usually recommended and not that safe. Most organisation doesn't want to go back to old school method.

4. Company's already using "Issues" in Gitlab for JIRA integration can't integrate with QA touch.
Same with GitHub.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better Demo
Better integration of the tool with Gitlab, github and slack

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

COuldn't solved any.
Though the pricing was great but because of no. of test runs provided are too less in the basic pack you are forcefully require to upgrade the higher package irrespective of whether other features of upgraded package would be useful or not.
Integration in upgraded package is not really impressing to choose the product.
