✅ Fanatical Customer Service (Bhavani is simply the best asset I've had the pleasure of working with)
✅ Fantastic QA community outreach ( the best in the league, no other company matches their efforts)
✅ Leverages the latest breakthroughs in front-end technology stacks ( Very aesthetic and modern UI )
✅ Provides support for Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) testing
✅ A highly extensible back-end architecture with a very friendly API
✅ Automation test integration is a breeze
✅ Application scales very well with test data loads ( 3000+ test cases with automation dailies over a year of no performance problems )
✅ Provide valuable guidance as well as custom integration support at no extra charge ( this is unheard of for startups with little bandwidth - most other small shops will just defer you to their API docs to work it out on your own ).
✅ Extremely active development ( no other Test Management Tool, and I've worked with scores, releases new features, enhancements, and bugfixes at the rate DCKAP does with QA Touch )
✅ Willing to work out any financials, logistics, migration from other platforms ( which makes moving to QA Touch a no-brainer )
✅ Search and filtering is super-fast, effective and efficient

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
⛔Managerial reports are still a work in progress but I expect this to improve as they race to enhance this milestone in their roadmaps
