It is intriguing & intuitive and in addition, it is user-friendly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
On an honest note, my response is completely satisfied, but if Qatts can add more devices that would be much great.

It saves our time and money, every build is getting released without any apprehensions, nevertheless automation is simplified in this tool.
