What are the best aspects of this product?

My experience with QB Techs was unlike many of the QuickBooks Support calls I've had to make in the past to get my QB queries resolved. I expected to be on phone for at least 30 mins before the problem gets resolved , however as I dropped a message with QB techs, their technical advisor (Allen) got back in almost no time. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue in a matter of minutes. Had a good experience using their support
