What are the best aspects of this product?
QB Tech completely misrepresented to me that they were Intuit and that I didn't have any other options but to by their service contract.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Somehow QB Tech figured out that I was having issues with Quickbooks. They called me and represented themselves as being Intuit/Quickbook. Which after researching what happened to me and talking to Intuit Support, I discovered they are not Intuit. They indicated that the only way to solve the problem was to pay them an crazy amount for a service contract. They said this was the only way to get the problem fixed. After speaking with Intuit, I learned that this was a totally false statement by their representative. Based on my experience, if you have a QB problem. Contact QB/Intuit first and let them solve your problem. QB may charge you a small fee, but it won't be the $699.00 QB Tech wants for you to buy a 1 year service contract.
