What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing with QB Techs is that you have the best pool of accounting professionals and bookkeepers at your disposal. The are responsive and takes care of your assignment on priority basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They don't have a community page or a support ticket system to track the issues.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

We would like to see a dedicated help desk section in qbtechs.com for different accounting and bookkeeping products.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have a hard drive failure and we were denied by most of the companies. QB Techs guided us over the phone and helped us to bring our drives online. They took a further step and restored our QuickBooks enterprise software back to normal functioning.
