Great tool with room for improvement

What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how the tool is generally so user-friendly. Dashboards can be set up pretty quickly, and the language for scripting isn't so complicated, so I can manipulate it to do what I need it to. This is really great especially when I have to look through extracted data and clean them. I also like how easy it is to create charts with this tool since the user interface is drag and drop. All I need to do is drop relevant fields and drop them in the chart. You only really need to study up when you want to produce more complicated expressions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I generally like it when a product is updated regularly, but I do have to point out that when this product upgrades, there are a few bugs that come along with it. I do appreciate the new features that come with the upgrade, but this would be even better if I didn't have to get in touch with the support team just to get an update on what to do with the bugs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we've been able to really cut down the time spent coming up with manual reports. Since this tool makes it easier to draw up reports, we can even have them prepared and ready when needed. It can very quickly gather data from Google Analytics and our own ERP system, enabling us to come up with new reports. It has also helped us see problems we were having with system integration and delivery, so we were able to really come up with a way to deal with it within the company.
