Very adaptable and flexible

What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing I really appreciate about this tool is how adaptable and flexible it is. Thanks to its ability to utilize a number of data sources, we don't have to spend more on a data warehouse.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they can improve when it comes to evaluation tools. I'd like to be able to know which fields aren't being used by apps so I can improve performance by removing those fields. There are also a number of people who use this within the company, and I would really appreciate a more efficient way of controlling those different app versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before using this, we had a lot of problems when it came to reporting. The previous tool we were using could not provide us with visualizations that were solid. Another solution we used could not perform as well to meet user demand.
