What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the tool. The visual analytics, predictive analytics, and the dashboarding are the higlights for me. Qlikview is very helpful in data handling and analysis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm not much of a fan of the adhoc reporting tool and trend analytics. They can do a bit of improvement for those. Also, the third-party integrations can also be improved just like the tool performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to deliver reports to clients. Also, we use it for our internal reporting as well. We do data analysis with it and it helps us save time and cut down on human errorrs. It is definitely an upgrade from Excel.
