This tool has quick and innovative business intelligence interfaces and solutions and it has huge and helpful online community. Also, it makes the data source knittting and discoveries of an issue. I like that it can handle huge amount of datasets and it offers free and fully functional personal edition.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The initial learning curve is steep. They could include more design guidence so they can ensure best data modelling practices.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In the past we had to do a lot of unstandardised ad-hoc data collection and the over time data was very fragmented across many various systems and platforms. It helps us to combine lot of souces together so we can create single customer view helpful for drive sales and marketing.
