What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how easy and intuitive this product is. It has great associative capabilities and the customization options are being improved. The support team is perfect and it has wonderful and large user community serivce, so you can never face any misunderstandings about this product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn’t allow me to scale beyond departmental dashboards and there is limitation within debugging and reporting capabilities. Also, the windows style and licensing model is confusing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it for dashboarding and reporting and this is useful for our support department. We can streamline our dashboards and use data in lot of ways.
