What are the best aspects of this product?

Qubit is easy to implement, it is straightforward and their team support are open 24/7, they give advice and great practice recommendations. I have an ability to make great decisions and an ability to understand our customer’s behavior and needs. The tool is powerful for running our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if we could archive and sort our test from the landing pages.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to segment customers into key demographics, to increase conversion across the board, tailoring messages to every cohort. We are able to apply important legal messages. Qubit makes us first responders in comparison with our competitors, because we can send messages to the travelers after legislation change by the government. We can define which copy works best when it comes to call-to-action, to understand our customers’ behavior and to increase the conversions.
