What are the best aspects of this product?

Quick Base is easy to use, intuitive, has flexible pricing models, and comes with amazing report customization features. We use it to update customers’ data, and it helps us handle shipments, create order treatments, and manage inventories and stocks. The customer support is very responsive and quick for all our concerns—they are ready all the time. With our experience of using Quick Base, we can say that we’re 100% satisfied with the way it assists our business processes and making things much easier for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn’t allow us to review potential clients, and we can’t oversee providers. Our workflow is not that organized and doesn’t have the system that shows the progress of projects or tasks we’re working on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Quick Base, we achieved a smooth flow of communication with our clients using the system’s multichannel function. This ability helps us to automate our sales process. The program has a huge potential in handling payment commissions and making budget follow-ups and sales reports.
