What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that Quick Base still stores project data that we have completed already. This capability provides us quick access to the information that might impact the projects that we currently work on. Comments on the previous projects, as well as the invoices that are related to them can also be accessed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The team is actually planning to transfer to the program’s integrated system because we’re currently having trouble with the integration. Quick Base is not integrated with our knowledge management system, lead tracking software, and time-tracking tool. We found out that Quick Base has a lot of potential in it, and our business should benefit from it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Quick Base stores all the important data that we’ve both completed and currently working on. As a business with multiple companies running across different countries, having quick access to the data center of all our projects is highly important. The tool saves us a lot of time, as we don’t have to wait long for the information to be delivered.
