What are the best aspects of this product?
Quick Base does an excellent job of automating sales forces based on proper management of marketing campaigns, potential clients, and communication channels. It has powerful functionality that allows us to forecast sales, monitor issues and tickets, and handle calls. Furthermore, it allows automated call routing for technical help, allowing us to manage the data of contributors effectively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Tracking budgets and labor costs are a bit off for us. Its report generator for RFI management lacks the function we need. The email integration isn’t working well with most of the systems we incorporate with Quick Base. Lastly, we don’t like the client commission manager as it lacks organization.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Quick Base provided a big help when it comes to addressing and solving several change orders and recommendation follow-ups. It also helps us stay connected with our clients through easy customers’ database management. This is a good tool for non-profit organizations.
