Quick Base is a helpful tool for our non-profit organization’s accounting process. It comes with excellent billing management system that users can customize according to their needs. Its sales funnel management systems allows easy import of contact details of clients and volunteers. Overall, it is a powerful platform in handling shipments and RFI, as well as online applications (if you are finding donors).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The mobile app doesn’t seem to work well—it slows down and crashes. There’s no customization option for task lists and no live chat tool available. The supply chain management system doesn’t work so well. Lastly, no sufficient CRM integration is available for handling prospecting tools.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Quick Base offers huge assistance when it comes to managing our fundraising campaigns. Also, its volunteer management tool allows us to communicate with contributors. Additionally, the technical assistance management system provides a massive benefit to our organization in making communications with customers smooth and monitoring support tickets easy.
