What are the best aspects of this product?
Quick Base is our solution to manage campaigns and our volunteers. With the price of only $15, our non-profit organization can access a myriad of helpful features. Two of which we love most is the ability to review and track customer service tickets and automated call routing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tool lacks the ability to handle a variety of tickets and emails due to limited communication channels available. It would also be better if they included a live chat feature, so users can easily communicate with other users or members within the organization. We can’t also review the life cycle of members or volunteers using the system’s HR management. It’s outdated, I thought.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Quick Base provides excellent assistance in our campaigns and in tracking funds in each. This is made possible by its subsidy system that allows easy applications online and by its marketing automation tool that assists us in generating campaign materials and see each campaign’s development.
