What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about this program is that I can easily assign tasks to individual specialists. It gives us a myriad of options to customize and download reports, export data to spreadsheet, and generate tables for easy sharing to company head staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The fact that Quick Base comes with a variety of options to create reports, other users, especially with a little to no technical background, may find the tool confusing. Determining the fields and the reports to be customized can be a tad overwhelming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Quick Base allows us to sort out complaints according to a particular category. With this ability, we can immediately view the types of complaints we receive. Also, I can quickly determine who among our CS representatives have committed repeated mistakes and find out which particular area looks challenging for them.
