What are the best aspects of this product?
Our organization is organizing fundraising programs, and we would like to share data with each volunteer quick. Quick Base has been so helpful for this cause. Since it is run in the cloud, everyone involved in the campaign is updated with what we’re working on. It provides transparency, and the pricing model we signed up for is just enough for our needs. Call routing, on the other hand, has a large storage capacity for documents, providing us convenience. I also appreciate the customer support and all the other features the tool offers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Quick Base doesn’t support accounting or is not allowing social media content automation. No email marketing tool. For this reason, we’re not able to share an unlimited amount of data to volunteers regarding our programs. This can limit our capability to import a large amount of data. It even crashes when the database capacity is reached. The sales forecasting tool also slows down.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The tool has been beneficial when it comes to tracking technical support tickets and issues. We can organize contracts and follow each volunteer’s performance. We also track campaign budgets and manage reports.
