What are the best aspects of this product?

Its main purpose is to help automate tasks and lessen workload to businesses of all sizes. I like the idea that we can create an application from scratch without the need for coding which I am not quite familiar with. We use it to make our daily and weekly reports and organize specific tasks using spreadsheets that everyone from the team can access. I like that QuickBase helps us establish a system that works well so we could deliver to our clients and stakeholders more consistently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find the price somehow expensive which is not that suitable for small companies There is some functionality that we are looking for in the program which is not available. The solution is I would have to find another tool that can provide us what we specifically needed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There has been a significant improvement in our workflow ever since we started using Quick Base. Although it a bit expensive but it does help us automate a variety of simple and complex tasks so our employees can work more efficiently and focus on other things. I like that we could share spreadsheets with other departments so we could accomplish more in a short amount of time.
