What are the best aspects of this product?
Using this software is a good decision to make our tasks run more efficiently between all team members. Whenever we have new projects in the pipeline we utilize Quick Base to help us create new “mini apps” to help us accomplish more work in a short amount of time without compromising the results. The management team doesn’t have to closely monitor all employees to see how they are progressing daily.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing much to dislike about the product as a matter of fact our performance has improved drastically for the past two quarters. Most of our clients are really impresses with our turnaround time which gave us more opportunities to take in new projects that most of our staff are looking forward to being part of.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Quick Base helps us create small applications that would make most of our work easier and automated. It helps with repetitive tasks like encoding of information, filling out product forms, processing of invoices, and running performance reports day by day. Doing these tasks using the manual process takes time to complete plus it's prone to human errors as well. Quick Base was able to solve this problem right away. That is why employees are now more capable to handle multiple tasks at the same time reducing our completion time into half. Also, I would like to commend their customer service team for always finding ways to address our issues no matter how hard it is.
