The Bold support team is very approachable and is always ready whenever we need help. They assist us regardless of our problem; from small to large issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Bold is specifically intended for a news org. I hope it would improve in meeting the demands of other purposes such as for a non-profit group among others. Although, it satisfies our needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bold is a suitable solution for migrating contents from an old site to a new one. We can efficiently do the upgrades by our own. When we need help, however, the support team is ready to walk us through different problems. They are all professional and approachable.
