I have experienced how greats its user support is. Competent, responses immediately, as well as they help me create cool designs and recommend efficient solutions for executing processes. They always solve my concerns in no time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found some limitations and problems with Bold. Say, it doesn’t offer a rich text editor for creating some post. That is why we often need to use the quite inconvenient HTML code for formatting a post before publishing. I hope they’d fix such concerns to improve Bold.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bold has helped us come up with a website with superior features. The site has cool layout, fast loading time, carries essential elements, and has better SEO support. That is a lot better than the old website that we used.
