What are the best aspects of this product?
What I like best about Quinyx is that we no longer manually do employees schedule on paper. With the software, scheduling has become fully automated and what's more, employees can access it anytime and anywhere using just their mobile devices. It also allows them to make an inquiry or request for leaves using the system, which is very efficient.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Since the software already provides automatic data, it would have been better if it has more functions such as automatically processing payroll for schedules added manually.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Scheduling has become faster because the software would automatically show us who is available for a certain time, so there is no need to be calling them for their availability.
