Nothing whatsoever, this was created by a company that employs criminal tactics, they will not refund your money, they extort you to pay them more.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

they disable the software if they think you should pay the higher price for business use, and they won't refund what you've already paid.

Buyer beware. They took my money, sold me the software and then disabled it because they say I'm a business. Ok, fine whatever, I want my money back - nope, they will not refund my money. I filed a BBB complaint and I'm leaving negative reviews wherever I possibly can. They're keeping my money for software they won't let me use unless I pay them more money. That's extortion and that's theft.
