AI customer service, rude and they broke account contract

It helps with scheduling posts on social media, it links to most accounts

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When you have a customer service issue, you keep getting AI email responses, when you actually get a non robot they are rude, when you ask for a supervisor they block your account

We have a lifetime subscription to radaar through appsumo and they broke the contract by blocking access to our account
