
What are the best aspects of this product?
Radarly offers great set of features, such as: “Battle of the Brands” is great feature to keep track of your competitors using this software and to know what they are doing. Also, the “Add to Favorite and Save” is great feature for every company that provides telecoms operators, by using the “faving” and saving option you are able to create a dashboard for visualizing the global volume. In addition, the feature like “Order by Influence” is for ranking given brand or product by its influence based on comments, share and likes on social networks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The transition process from Social inbox to Dashboard can take some time due to the volume of data. I know, it is huge amount of data starting from mentions of the brand to analyzing it, but this is not big deal at all.

Radarly helps us to organize all data that is relevant for us and for our clients, based on what we see instead of the assumptions we have for a given industry. We use it also for campaign impact, we are able to make our advertising campaigns more effective on social media, by using hashtag. It is really helpful tool for launching campaigns. This software sends us snapshots and habits of the online conversation in less time, we also get productive visualizations and insights.
