What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the diversity of digital sources that Radarly provides. We are able to reach data of whole social web including forums, blogs, social media and many other places. The software is user friendly and it is easy to set up. It provides useful dashboards, parameterizing and building queries. The digital world is in constant movement, and this software allows me to use helpful tools and constantly offers new features so I can be in the flow with online world. Also, I must say that the customer service is great and they are really helpful, you are never alone in this process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to see more integrations with other social networks.

As a marketing agency we have various requests from our customers for social strategies. Radarly helps us to track our customer’s competitors and to improve their branded contents. We also use it to measure the product or brand recognition.
