
What are the best aspects of this product?
Radarly allows me to lock down the key metrics and all the insights for strategic purposes. It provides great operational and day to day features. It is versatile software and can be used by almost everyone starting from managers, brand strategic leader and all members in marketing departments. I don’t have any problem when it comes to extracting key learnings because those are actionable and convincing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can say that the software is really one of the best in the market today, but I think, it needs some improvements so it can become more pleasant for using.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am a manager of digital and social media department of a global agency strategic. I found Radarly to be very easy to use when it comes to social media strategies and practicing. It helps us to be transparent and customizable so we can follow some intuitive interactions with social activities. It provides an access to key insights and metrics so we can perform strategic decisions and daily operations. We are able to create and launch campaigns that are more powerful.
