What are the best aspects of this product?

Radarly helps us to reach deeper levels when it comes in researching. The interface is intuitive, simple to use and modern. We are able to access whole social media streams in real time and to track important topics by using keywords. We are also able to monitor engagement in various communities, to track international social media in different languages, to engage our customers, and to create useful dashboards for every topic. We use Optimizing and Automate reporting option so we can save lot of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could make the authorized dashboard more superior.

We analyze brands’ online reputation, and we are able to identify weak and strong signals on various topics, such as communication, marketing and technic. Radarly helps us to analyze each post and to get in touch with influencers. We are able to define our positioning compared to our competitors.
