What are the best aspects of this product?

The software is easy to use, I believe that everyone can learn how to use it. Radarly, does everything I can imagine. It offers 2 modes for query creation, for one you can use the intuitive interface and for another you can create it by yourself. If you want to get more accurate volume and tonality stats you can use the “delete-out-of-context” and “uncalled-for-results” posts. I have that I love the data that I receive, and I am allowed to qualify the mass social media coverage. Also, I am able to export various quotes whenever I need in order to analyze them deeper. With the benchmark mode you can compare your social media activities with your competitions’. I love how the team of Radarly work constantly of its improvement and they always meet our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Because I work in tourism business, I would like to see reviews from the sites such as: Trip Advisor, Zoover or Holiday Check. Also, I would like to set up report that is offered by email, and by using different alert levels such as specific key words. This would be great for potential communication and operational crisis scenario.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Radarly for launching brand campaigns and contents, events and other. It is very useful tool when it comes to detecting ambassadors and detractors. It offers me e-reputation monitoring, so I could spot some crises. I also get personal client’s conversations analyses about our brand and product. It is both time and money saving tool.
