PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Radarly has clickable graphs that are same with some selected settings, available sources and categories. When I select, the graphs expand the way I made the choices. Also, I like the Influencer management, this is really great tool and I think it cannot be found in other software. I love its design and the interface is extremely easy to use and it is very intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I found that the software can be a little slow, also there are many icons on the left side for social inbox feature. They could rearrange them for more clear view.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have lot of clients, Radarly helps us to monitor and analyze day to day social media progress and analysis. On a daily basis we are able to access our client’s accounts and to organize the collected data into tonalities and categories we can easily spot undesirable outcome. We also use this tool to respond to consumer’s connection with some brands. In addition, Radarly allows us to analyze out client’s image instantly.
