What are the best aspects of this product?

Radarly gets us accurate analysis about social networks. I love the way we are able to interact with something that can be challenging for us such as adverse and chain events, it is really easy to ensure and to get quick response that is trusted and accurate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I want to be able to compare web noise with classical channels so I can see how they interact and impact with each other. I believe they will provide this one, since they implement the collab with Linfluence.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am able to get global and detailed view for each brand noise and the presence on the web. It ensures us to tackle new channels by using its tools in real time and regulated environment.
