What are the best aspects of this product?

Powerful tool that provides great features for monitoring social web in real time. We are very satisfied from Radarly because we found some interesting articles for our university. Also, LinkFluence sends us notifications all the time when important events occur on social media. We use the influencer feature to keep track of communities and what people think about us. It saves us great amount of time, we send programmed tweets, and thus, we are constantly active on social networks even on the weekends. We are able to export data in PPT and graphics that provides esthetic and comprehensive reports.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve the web review feature so we can handle more specific group items.

We use Radarly to know more about our communication actions and how this makes an impact in the public. This tool helps us to find serious issues and to understand clearly how our digital environment is expanding. Our managers use this tool to better understand the impact of the communication campaigns by simply delivering metrics and some key insights. It helps us to strength our strategies.
