Raklet helps us more easily disseminate marketing messages and calls for donations to members of the organization. Their payment can be done in a few clicks and absent the login process that is usually required when making payments. In addition, this platform centralized our response system, enabling us to rely on members' inquiries with more organization.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Raklet's features and commands are highly flexible for customization, allowing us to develop mechanisms tailored to the needs of our organization. However, it can still give more room for customization to allow ticket confirmation, among others.

This platform has become a fundamental tool in our daily operations and management. We can do tons with it: send emails, sell tickets, collect payments, process signup applications, update member status, store data, etc. It has helped us reach a wider audience and gain more funding.
