What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that RapidMiner is easy to use compared to similar systems and I also find it easy to teach others. It has a simple layout and design and I can save time and money by using this app. Plus, RapidMiner is suitable for my hardware and it does not lag or freeze as much as previous programs that I’ve used.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a couple of glitches I would like to point out. First is the app the can freeze sometimes which means I have to re-open it to continue my work. Second, the system can take its own time to open sometimes, which is annoying because I have to waste time waiting for it to open.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As mentioned earlier, I am able to save plenty of time and money by using RapidMiner. I can create accurate graphs related to my work and my clients’ work that make my output look more professional.
