What are the best aspects of this product?

In my opinion, RapidMiner is one of the best apps for predictive analytics. It is affordable and fast, and offers many features that help you see the value each of your customers brings in. The system uses customers’ behavior on your website/app to predict how much business they will give you in the future. You can also set up automatic scheduling which is very helpful in many industries including mine.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The glaring minus point of RapidMiner is its ugly user interface which makes it hard to navigate. The app is difficult to use and teach others how to use it. I personally think the interface was designed for Windows 98.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We initially used RapidMiner to learn about customer value as it is vital in our industry. Then we realized it has an excellent predictive analysis feature and started using it more. The benefits we have gained are improved revenue and productivity.
