What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that RapidMiner is easy to use and teach others. It stands out from other similar apps that can be hard to teach.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There a couple of negative aspects that are annoying. One is the system becomes slow sometimes, starts to lag, and then freezes. The second is the GUI can be hard to use initially, but you will get the hang of it as you go along.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
RapidMiner has boosted our productivity as we are able to accomplish much more work in much less time. It is a superior system compared to others that took us a long to time to learn and use properly.
