Good system for data and predictive analysis

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use RapidMiner to analyze the data collected by our research team. The app is user friendly and even though I don’t have technical knowledge, I still find it easy to understand complex data and info because the system presents it in a simple manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tutorial and graphics could be updated. I am not a trained user in complex graphics and sometimes I make mistakes with data sets. To be fair, it is easy to correct errors in this app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The main benefit of using RapidMiner is we can make our data easily understandable to lay readers. With the app, we are translating medical stats into material that can be easily understood by lay people. Another advantage is RapidMiner is reliable and does not crash which is a big improvement over our previous system.
