Great user experience

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think RapidMiner is a great app for analytics. I use it to easily create tables, pie charts, and graphs to visualize data. The system is much faster compared to its competitors. Another advantage is I can code in R and Python.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface needs to be modernized as it looks old-fashioned. It makes me feel like I’m still using Windows XP. My PC is modern so it doesn’t hang while managing large data, but some of my colleagues’ systems have crashed which they have pointed out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are currently implementing RapidMiner and are still learning how to use it effectively. We intend to use the app to decide our pension policies.
