What are the best aspects of this product?

I use RapidMiner to analyze the information collected by our economic analysts. It is easier to use compared to competitor products. RapidMiner is a useful app for gathering knowledge and for information perception. We can make effective graphs and tables and use them easily in our presentations. It is simple to make different tables, pie graphs, and diagrams to portray the info.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to point out that a part of the charts have become obsolete and need to be improved. However, the positives of RapidMiner outweigh the negatives, and it compares favorably with other apps in its category.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using RapidMiner to investigate the arrangement of our client’s information to foresee results. The app has helped to boost our income and profitability.
